The agreement sees DALA Projects formally absorb DR7 Associates’ senior management team, bringing extensive industry experience and proven leadership into the DALA Group. Alongside this, DALA Projects will take on DR7’s existing secured project portfolio, ensuring continuity of service and seamless delivery for clients.
Importantly, the DR7 Associates brand will continue to operate, administering its current live projects as part of the transition. This approach ensures stability, consistency, and minimal disruption for stakeholders, while benefiting from the enhanced support and infrastructure of DALA Projects.
Leadership Perspective
Following the acquisition, Steve Rees has joined DALA Projects as Managing Director, transitioning his consultancy business into the DALA Group as part of the deal.
