PAS 9980 Review & Coordination

We coordinate the alignment of design and remediation proposals with PAS 9980 guidance and FRAEW findings, helping ensure risks are properly addressed and outcomes are defensible.

EWS1 Coordination

We support the process of obtaining updated EWS1 certification following remediation, ensuring lenders, insurers, and stakeholders receive the documentation required for approval.

Applicant’s Representative (CSS / BSF)

We act as a trusted representative throughout the Cladding Safety Scheme and Building Safety Fund process, working directly with clients or alongside Managing Agents.

We manage submissions, evidence packs, and technical engagement on your behalf, reducing risk, removing administrative burden, and supporting confident, defensible funding outcomes.
