The DALA Group is growing. This month, we’ve welcomed three new faces across our Projects, Surveys and Sales teams. Each brings experience that strengthens our ability to deliver for clients.
As demand for our services continues to grow, investing in the right people remains a priority. Here’s a closer look at the latest additions to our team.
Ting-on Tsui Joins DALA Projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ting-on brings nearly 20 years of commercial expertise across construction and infrastructure projects to DALA Projects’ growing commercial team.
Steve Rees, Managing Director of DALA Projects, states:
“I’m delighted to welcome Ting-on Tsui to the business as our new Senior Quantity Surveyor. Ting joins us with an impressive breadth of industry experience. He has spent nearly 20 years delivering commercial expertise across a wide variety of construction and infrastructure projects. His background, technical knowledge and practical approach make him an excellent addition to our growing commercial team.
As DALA Projects continues to expand, it’s important that we invest in experienced professionals who not only strengthen our technical capability but also embody the values that define our business. I’m confident Ting will make a significant contribution, both to our clients and to the continued success of the team.
Welcome to DALA Projects Ting. We’re delighted to have you with us and look forward to achieving continued growth on both a business and personal level.”
On joining the DALA Projects team, Ting-on shared:
“I am extremely excited to join DALA Projects as senior quantity surveyor. The work they undertake is not only essential for the safety of their clients but, once completed, also benefits and enriches the lives of so many. I am looking forward to becoming part of such a great team and assisting this forward-thinking company and helping to develop and accomplish many successful projects.”
Brannon Joins DALA Surveys as Lead Facade Consultant
Brannon’s career spans hands-on construction management and facade appraisal. This gives him a practical understanding of how facades are built, how they perform, and how they fail. He has also recently been accepted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and an Associate Member of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate.
James Roll, Managing Director of DALA Surveys, explains:
“I am pleased to welcome Brannon to DALA Surveys as our new Lead Facade Consultant. Brannon and I worked together previously at another facade consultancy, so I know the quality of his work first hand. He started out on the tools, progressing into construction management on facade projects before moving into facade appraisal and surveying two and a half years ago. That mix gives him a real, practical grasp of how facades are put together as well as how they perform and fail.
As DALA Surveys grows, my priority is building a team of genuinely competent people who are technically strong, rigorous in their work and trusted by our clients. Brannon meets that standard, and I have no doubt he will raise it further.
Welcome to DALA Surveys, Brannon. We are glad to have you with us and look forward to seeing you develop further, both professionally and as part of the team.”
On joining DALA Surveys, Brannon said:
“I feel extremely privileged to join DALA Surveys as the Lead Facade Consultant. I’d like to thank James Roll and the team for the opportunity and the warm welcome. I am looking forward to being part of a company that places such a strong emphasis on technical quality, professionalism, and delivering the highest standard of service to clients.
Over the past few years I’ve developed my career from construction management into facade appraisal and surveying, building on practical site experience with technical consultancy. I’m excited to bring that experience to DALA Surveys and contribute to the company’s continued success.
I am also looking forward to continuing my own professional development. I’m confident that working alongside James and the team will help me expand my knowledge. As well as strengthen my technical expertise, and continue growing within the facade consultancy industry.”
Tina Attree Joins Our Sales Team
Tina brings a strong background in client-facing roles to DALA, supporting clients from their initial enquiry through to project delivery.
Maddy Lawrence, Head of Sales at The DALA Group, states:
